The company using Operio is the data controller for the data of its employees; Operio acts as the data processor.

Data we process

Employee profile data, attendance records, leave, payroll and documents uploaded by the company.

GPS location is recorded only at the moment of clock-in and clock-out, after the browser asks for permission. There is no background tracking.

Data of each company is stored separately from other companies and is not shared with third parties.

Employees can ask their employer to access, correct or delete their data. Companies can request the export or deletion of all data at any time.
